Terms of service
Please ensure you take the time to read these terms of service thoroughly, and fully understand them. These terms are legally binding and are accepted as of the time of booking.
1. Booking process
Deposit requirements: £100 deposit will be payable at time of booking. This will secure your booking. by paying the deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. No date can be held without a deposit.
Trial bookings: A trial will be required for the bride, Saturday trials cannot be guaranteed. Booking is advised in advance. Payment for any trials must be paid on the day.
2. Payments
Full outstanding balance must be paid within the week of the wedding.
Payments by bank transfer or cash only
3. Non-refundable deposit
Deposits are non refundable. This is to ensure covering reservation and preparation costs.
4. Cancellation policy
In the unlikely event of a cancelation, Trisha will endeavour to find another make up artist to cover your day. Deposit will be returned.
5. Travel and Location / Accommodation
Travel is charged at £35/hr both ways, based on google maps door to door timeline. . Overnight room may need to be charged back to client or booked by client depending on location and time of start. This will be agreed between client and Trisha Cameron during booking process.
6. Workplace Requirements
Minimum requirements at any venue Trisha will attend include adequate lighting, a power outlet, access to toilet facilities and hot water for handwashing.
7. Services and timings
Last minute cancelations to bridal party numbers will still be subject to full payment per head.
Extra guests or last minute changes will be handled where practicable and will be subject to additional payment as per price plan
Trisha will not be liable for delays caused by the bridal party.
In the case of a client adjusting, fixing and/or removing their makeup that was already performed by Trisha PRIOR to communicating their concerns and changes, Trisha will not be responsible for redoing or fixing any changes client has made to the application. Trisha will not be held responsible for changes made after their application.
8. Health and safety
It is the responsibility of the client and bridal party members to disclose any allergies, skin conditions or sensitivities in advance of any services commencing. With all make up and skincare products, there is always the risk of irritation, Trisha accepts no responsibility or liability for any adverse effects or reactions from any products used.
All services given will be subject to compliance with hygiene and sterilization practices.
If any client or bridal party member is found to have evidence of a cold sore, Lip service products cannot be applied. (personal products may be supplied and applied)
9. Photography and marketing
Images may be used for marketing purposes. This may include social media and website. Please ensure you opt out of this by notifying Trisha.
No images will be posted until photographer or client images shared.
